Review Reply Templates for Med Spas
Public review replies should sound human without confirming patient details. Use these as drafting patterns, then adapt them to the clinic's voice and compliance process.

Before publishing a reply
- Remove any treatment confirmation, appointment detail, diagnosis, or outcome discussion.
- Keep the tone appreciative and brief.
- Use a private channel for details, especially when the review is negative or medically specific.
- Do not offer incentives, discounts, or public compensation in exchange for edits.
Example adjustment
Instead of "We are glad your Botox appointment went well," use "We are glad the experience felt supportive." The second version expresses appreciation without confirming a specific treatment.
Privacy note: these are drafting examples only. Review replies should follow platform
rules, HIPAA-aware communication practices, and the clinic's legal/compliance guidance.
